We are now able to advise that we will be partially reopening on Monday 20th April 2020 operating with a very lean skeleton staff so we can work safely within the government workplace guidelines.
The well being of our dedicated staff is paramount, and rest assured that measures are in place to safeguard our employees and ensure social distancing and hygiene guidelines are adhered to.
For customers with orders already on our system, our Sales Office will be in touch shortly to check whether your orders are still needed.
We will try our best to accommodate your requirements but initially we will be working on extended lead times until further notice.
Please accept our thanks for your patience, understanding and support. Together we will get through these difficult times and again we send to you our best wishes for your health and safety.
We will constantly be reviewing the situation & hope to be fully functional as soon as is safe to do.

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on the 23rd March we have taken the decision to temporarily close our factory and distribution centre for a period of 3 weeks. We are due back on the 14th April; however this is subject to change, based on the government advice. This is not a decision we have taken lightly, however the well being of our staff and their families are our priority and during these extraordinary times we cannot put them at risk.
All customers orders will be held until the business re-opens, at which point all customers will be contacted to ensure goods are still required.
We apologise for any inconvenience or disruption this may cause, but trust you agree that this is the responsible decision to make.

As global concern grows regarding the coronavirus outbreak organisations are facing rapid response challenges from employee health and welfare to disrupted supply chains. In response to this we have an internal task force set up who are meeting regularly to deal with the frequently changing situation and ensure Government advice is followed.
Be assured that we have internal plans in place to keep all our employees safe, informed and prepared. We also have stocks in place to ensure supply to customers.
We would like to assure you that at Cromar Building Products it is business as usual and we will continue to manufacture and supply into the marketplace.
